FAQ

Question: I just searched for properties on LAMCOnetwork and there are no assets in my area/state?
Answer: The LAMCOnetwork allows its members to post their REO listings currently on the market.  These may include LAMCO listings or any other listings the real estate professionals have available.
Question: Why would I pay to get work?
Answer:

The LAMCOnetwork is a national REO database used by REO professionals to advertise their expertise in their local market to over 15,000 banks, financial institutions, loan servicers and asset management companies throughout the United States.

Question: I did free BPO's and never got paid?
Answer:

The LAMCOnetwork does not assign, receive or control who is chosen to represent individual entities that use our site.  Regarding our parent company, Lenders Asset Management Corp (LAMCO) their current policy is and has been to pay for BPO's.

Question: A lot of properties go to auction?
Answer:

Auctions are becoming more and more popular with banks, financial institutions and loan servicers.  Unfortunately, the majority of asset management companies do not decide whether or not the asset will go to auction.  In most cases the holder of the asset makes this decision after considering all the factors involved, such as but not limited to location, condition of the property, value and other various financial decisions of that entity.

Question: How can I get support if I have questions or need assistance?
Answer:

LAMCOnetwork prides itself in providing outstanding customer service. If you have questions or need assistance with the website, please feel free to contact us at 1-877-331-2664 or if you would prefer to contact us via email, you may send your questions to: support@lamconetwork.com and we will respond promptly.  We do not, nor do we claim to represent any asset management companies, financial companies, banks and/or loan servicers.  Should you have any of these questions please contact that entity directly.

Question:  I search the LAMCOnetwork and nobody is signed up in my area, do they have business there?
Answer:

We are continually looking for qualified REO professionals in every area of the United States.  If you come across an area with "no coverage" you have a great opportunity to showcase your services nationally with little to no competition.

Question:

I signed up with Lenders Asset Management Corporation (LAMCO, www.LendersREO.com) years ago and received very little work, why sign up and pay now?

Answer:

Lenders Asset Management Corporation (LAMCO, our parent company) is an asset management company with two decades of experience in the REO industry.  Through previous technology limitations to LAMCO's vendor search engine, LAMCO has chosen to use the LAMCOnetwork to find REO professionals throughout the country.  The LAMCOnetwork allows its members to be searched in a much larger coverage area, including customizable profile, a chance to showcase your experience, post REO listings and more.  This gives asset managers the ability to locate qualified REO professionals with ease.

Question: Who are your clients?
Answer: Our clients include banks, credit unions, financial institutions and loan servicers who hold REO portfolios.  We advertise the LAMCOnetwork in print, online, email, conferences and educational events to nationally promote your qualifications in your local market.
Question: Who can join the LAMCOnetwork?
Answer:

Qualified REO professionals such as: Real Estate Agents, Contractors (Property Preservation specialists & related service professionals), Title companies, Mortgage companies, Appraisal companies and Real Estate Legal services.

Question: Because LAMCOnetwork is a subsidiary of Lenders Asset Management Corporation, will I receive leads or work orders?
Answer:

LAMCO's asset management division is currently using the LAMCOnetwork when looking for REO professionals to assigning properties for liquidation and property preservation work.
